SOCA (SOCIAL CONTROL ALARM)

SOCA(SOCIAL CONTROL ALARM): SOLUSI PENYALURAN BBM BERSUBSIDI AGAR TEPAT SASARAN DENGAN METODE SANKSI SOSIAL.

Karya tulis ini ditulis oleh Intan Maulida Lazuardini dan Fendi Nur Kreswanto dalam rangka mengikuti Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah Tingkat Nasional FILM XII SIM UNS. Kami menyoroti tentang adanya penyalahgunaan  BBM bersubsidi.

SOCA (Social Control Alarm) merupakan alarm yang menggunakan teknologi RFID yang dipasang di mobil dan SPBU sebagai kontrol sosial dalam penyaluran BBM bersubsidi. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) adalah teknologi yang mampu mengidentifikasi objek yang diberi tag menggunakan gelombang radio. Dengan metode SOCA, mobil yang telah dipasangi RFID sebagai sensor  akan mengirimkan sinyal apabila mobil dengan kriteria harus menggunakan BBM non-subsidi diisi dengan BBM bersubsidi. Sinyal tersebut kemudian disalurkan pada alarm yang akan berbunyi “Mobil bagus pakai premium? Apa kata dunia?” yang akan mengakibatkan pemilik mobil mendapat sanksi sosial secara langsung, pelaku akan merasa malu. Rasa malu inilah yang akan menjadi kontrol sosial ketika mereka melanggar sehingga pada nantinya malu tersebut menjadi budaya.

New Friends

Mba Anggun, Erviyan and I had a duty from Dejavato to guide some new volunteers from some countries. They come here to do voluntary service in Indonesia. We had to accompany them in Training on Arrival in Ungaran, . I arrived at DJ Office around 3.30 and you know what?? two of them had come, they are Mba Nesha from USA and Mas Jonathan from Sweden.

That picture was taken when I just arrived for about two hours.. then we had to go to the airport for picking up the other two volunteers. We used "angkot" (I will tell you about it later). Then I met them, so all of us (Intan, Mba Anggun, Erviyan, Mba Nesha, Mas Jo, Mas Daniel, Luuca) we went directly to Ungaran..:)

Hard Days

Being so tired of this kind of life, full of  assignment but don't have any willingness to do all. All I want to do are just loitering, doing nothing..
What should I do then??? please tell me.. :(

Happy Birthday Ivanka

Happy birthday Ivankaaaa...
She's my boarding house friend, today she has her birthday
Some of my boarding house friends poured her with mixed water (water, souce, some other ingredients)
Then she gave us some yummy things (read: ice creams and cakes). It's very nice..thanks for the yummy things, wish you nothing but the best lah pokoknya...
